Our first step was taken in 2007, with the establishment of Hotel Athina in Loutraki Arideas, next to the famous Pozar thermal springs. A destination that offers relaxation and wellness, both for winter and summer escapes, and which formed the foundation of our philosophy: simplicity, cleanliness, and a human approach.

Where it all started
Two people who are always by our side, in the large Iordanidis family, who dare, take risks and are always there to meet you and get to know you personally. Having built Hotel Athina from scratch in Loutraki Arideas, they decided to expand to the seaside, purchasing this hotel and transforming it into something unique, just as only they know how. We combine sun, sea, and comfort, offering a warm, carefully prepared and welcoming stay for unforgettable holidays. We are by your side 24/7, ready to assist you.
